Membership

Membership in this exclusive group is by invitation, typically based on recommendations from current members. We limit membership to approximately 45 firms, each with a minimum of 1,000 employees. This ensures a focused and high-level discussion. Membership is granted for life, under a “grandfather” policy, allowing long-term engagement as long as the firm remains in the AE (Architecture & Engineering) industry. Consequently, some member firms may have fewer employees due to relocations or structural changes.

The group is composed primarily of senior financial leaders, such as CFOs, who discuss top-level financial issues faced by their firms. The focus is on high-level strategic and operational matters.

There are no membership fees or annual dues with meeting preparation and on-site costs shared among all the members, which vary depending on the location. Participation typically costs no more than $2,500 annually per firm.
